Carly's autism girl express her feelings by computer

Carly Fleischmann has severe autism and is unable to speak a word. But thanks to years of expensive and intensive therapy, this 13-year-old has made a remarkable breakthrough. Two years ago, working with pictures and symbols on a computer keyboard, she started typing and spelling out words. The computer became her voice.

    Assalamualaikum.. what an inspiring and intersting stories of this girls.I hope this story will change the perception of 'some' person on the autism. Maybe I was too young to understand this but I tried to put myself in your place and I believe it is very difficult to have a child with autism.. I hope Allah will give you the strength to serve the whims of your child. .

    All good for her! It's great to know she's finding a way to battle out autism. Let's hope one day she can communicate well.

    salams, saya kenal iman melalui my uncle. he met you at melaka when iman had tantrum that day. i hope your and family be strong. untuk menjaga seorang kanak2 autism sangat sukar. ia perlu kesabaran yang tinggi. saya salah seorang guru pendidikan khas. iman salah seorang kanak2 istemewa yang bernasib baik kerana masih berpeluang untuk belajar dengan bantuan dari dr dan isteri. jangan mudah putus asa. kerana sudah ramai kanak2 istemewa ini berjaya cuma tidak didedahkan di dada2 akhbar. saya pernah menebual seorang kanak autism yang berjaya mendapat 5A dlm UPSR, 8A dalam PMR dan sekarang sedang melanjutkan pelajaran di Uitm. ada juga kanak autism seperti Clement Ooi yang terkenal dalam lukisan. lukisannya juga ada yang berharga rm12K.

    pesan saya cari minat iman. ke mana hala tuju iman. insyaAllah berhasil. jika apa2 bantuan diperlukan saya boleh membantu dengan senang hati :)
